PRICING
Pricing is scoped to the system, not a plan tier.
Ne-xio isn't a single subscription product. Each system — MPS, ServiceTracker 2, BakePix, Mail Platform, Ne-xio AI — has its own deployment shape, so cost depends on what you're actually running.
What drives cost
- Which system(s) you're deploying
- Deployment target — cloud, on-prem, or hybrid
- Integrations with your existing applications and data
- Automation and orchestration scope
- Infrastructure and observability requirements
- Ongoing support level
How we quote it
- We start from the system(s) relevant to your case
- We scope the integration and automation work involved
- We agree the infrastructure and support model with you
- You get a project-specific quote — no fixed public tiers, no fabricated pricing
Common questions
Why isn't there a price list?
Because the systems solve different problems at different scales. A per-seat SaaS tier would either overcharge simple deployments or undercharge complex ones. Scoping per project keeps pricing honest.
What happens when I reach out?
We talk through which system(s) apply, how they'd connect to what you already run, and what infrastructure and support you need. You get a scoped quote from that conversation — no obligation.
Is there a minimum commitment?
That depends on the system and deployment model, and is part of what we agree during scoping. We don't publish a blanket contract term because it varies by project.
