Common questions
What's included in the 15-day demo?
Everything. You get full access to all features — Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, AI order detection, unified inbox — for 15 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
What's the difference between Standard and Custom?
Standard covers the three main Meta channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) with the default setup. Custom is for businesses that need tailored configuration — additional channels, custom AI rules, multiple brands, dedicated onboarding, or an SLA-backed uptime guarantee.
How does annual billing work?
If you pay for a full year upfront, the monthly rate drops: Standard goes from €10 to €9/mo (€108/yr total), Custom goes from €15 to €13/mo (€156/yr total). You're billed once annually. Contact us to switch to annual billing.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year but there are no lock-in clauses beyond that.
Can I connect channels from different Meta Business accounts?
Yes. Each channel — Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number — is connected independently via OAuth. They don't have to belong to the same Meta Business Manager.
